Unfortunately we had a long term critter problem. For 6 months, two different companies were not able to properly identify or trap the critters. Then I called Summit Environmental Solutions. They came out immediately and were able to identify the critters and set up the various types of traps that were needed in order to catch the critters. They came several times a week to check on the traps and to make sure we were making progress. I am thrilled to report all of the critters were caught in a timely manner! My only regret is that I did not contact Summitt Environmental Solutions in the first place!

Your search stops here - these guys are the BEST! I can't tell you how grateful I am for the SES team, and especially Tim. I am a huge, shameless animal lover. So when squirrels started biting holes in our wood siding to make their nests, I was terrified that I wouldn't find anyone who took their health and wellbeing as seriously as I do. I knew they needed to go, but my heart ached thinking about what they might be subjected to. But Tim was our angel! He reassured me that the squirrels would be removed humanely, and he even owns property that he releases them on. Knowing that they would be loved and cared for meant the world to my partner and I. It only took a day for the squirrels (mama and two adolescents!) to be removed after the humane trap was set. That same day he patched our holes. I can't say enough compliments about this team. If you care about good service, good people, and a job well done (and humanely!) then give them a call. They're the BEST! Thanks again, Tim!!

These guys were great. Took care of a big yellow jacket nest in our backyard. They gave a quote range over the phone and then an actual quote once they got here and saw it. The price was better than two other big name companies we called. I think the job was bigger than expected once they started digging but they did not change the price. They did it right too by digging to find and remove the nest and not just spraying. Thanks! Y'all are brave!

We purchased our home in August of last year. The previous owner was elderly and did a poor job of upkeep. When we started to hear very loud noises in the attic in April, my husband found SES online and they came out to the house within a week to check it out. Scott, the owner, had a plan of attack that day and we signed the contract for trapping the squirrels, repairing the holes and the dryer vent and all exhaust fans in the attic. Scott caught 3 squirrels the first day!! They set traps and over the course of a week, caught 2 more. They did the repairs to the attic the following week and all work was quality. We also had them come back to sanitize our attic to get rid of the squirrel pheromones so hopefully we won't attract any more. Scott submitted a proposal for a new roof, insulation and gutters but we ended up going with another company which has proved to be not a great decision. Should have signed with Scott!! His quote was in line with everyone else and I feel like he would have offered more guidance throughout the roofing/insulation process. His crews were always on time and professional. The office staff went above and beyond with their advice helping us through this process. Thanks so much!

We had a crawlspace encapsulation with mold amelioration and a dehumidifier installed. The whole process was quick and was able to be scheduled in an expedited manner. They even did extra work when they noticed a family of mice had moved in and removed them and added better screening to keep future mice out.

Jeremy was exceptional! He came out on a Friday night, after hours, to get a bat out of my Mom's house and went above and beyond to help her. He was not only professional, extremely kind and got the job done quickly but he was patient...my Mom was really upset with the situation and he was very competent and skilled. We will not hesitate to call Summit and specifically Jeremy, again if another creature ends up in the house.

Two weeks before Xmas, guests are coming, something's in the attic. Who ya gonna call? Well, I called Summit Environmental Solutions. They (Chris) worked me into their schedule, assessed the problem (squirrels), & proposed a solution. They started immediately and conducted the work in a professional manner. They sealed the attic, removed contaminated insulation, sanitized the attic, installed new insulation, and trapped the trespassing rodents all before my guests arrived. Many thanks to Chris, Donna & the staff, and the technicians for their timely & professional service.

It went very well. Tim Jordan first trapped and relocated the squirrels then repaired the access points to the attic to prevent them from setting up housekeeping again. The process took about a week as squirrels are crafty little creatures and he had to trap several of them (they are smart enough to evade traps). The repairs to the access points was excellent. It blends in perfectly and you can't tell that there was work done.

Had issues with squirrels in my attic. Darshon and the Team did a great job fixing the damage. Very efficient and professional. They took measures to ensure my carpet was not walked on etc. Looking back at it, I only wish they would have provided before and after pictures of the work completed. As I am not able to see the work completed on the roof.

Bat Removal
There are 16 species of bats in Virginia. Four (Gray Bat, Indiana Bat, Virginia-Big-eared Bat, and Rafinesque’s Big-eared Bat) are protected as endangered species, but 12 are not. None of the three types of bats most likely to take residence in a building (Big Brown Bat, Evening Bat, and Little Brown Bat) are protected species. Let us remove your unwanted bats, regardless of species.
Raccoon Removal
Raccoons are one of the most common nuisance animals in Northern Virginia and won’t hesitate to take up residence in attics, chimneys, crawl spaces, barns, etc. A thumping or stomping noise in your attic is a common sign of a raccoon infestation. It is essential to remove them and relocate them far away, because they often rip open ducts, chew on electrical wiring, contaminate, tear and even destroy insulation.
Squirrel Removal
Squirrels are not shy about taking up residence in your attic, especially during the winter, and can cause a great deal of damage while there. Their nesting sites turn into toxic messes because cleaning up squirrel feces presents a health hazard. Flying squirrels require different trapping techniques and are harder to get rid of, but SES can remove all types of squirrels from your home.
Snake Removal
When you see a snake regularly on your property, you’ll want to have it removed because it probably has built a den in your crawl space on in a nearby area where it can access your home for warmth. If you’ve got a snake inside your house, don’t try to catch it because of the danger of a snake bite. Instead, call SES. Our specialists are trained to humanely catch and remove troublesome snakes from homes and properties.
Skunk Removal
Skunks carry rabies and emit a foul-smelling spray. You don’t want them in your home and you should not try to trap them yourself. Instead, SES’ wildlife control specialists are trained to humanely catch and remove troublesome skunks from homes and attics.
Our animal removal crews are available on a 24/7/365 basis! All the repair work done by our trained repair technicians is guaranteed for 12 months. If you call SES to have a technician reinspect the work before the end of 12 months, we will guarantee it for an additional year!
