After finding 2 black snakes and mice droppings in the unfinished part of the basement, I gave Summit a call to take care of the problem and prevent the critters from getting inside.

William was professional, courteous and thorough when completing the snake survey and then sealing the points of entry at the house I’m moving into. He called or texted to let me know he’s on the way and arrived on time. Searched every corner of the basement and outside the house to look for access points and discussed a plan forward. Even put up with my many questions and after the fact “oh yeah, can you check here too?” requests patiently :)

Now that the access points are sealed up, I’m hoping I won’t need to again, but seeing as my home is surrounded by woods, I will not hesitate to call Summit if we ever run into critter issues in the future. Definitely recommend!
