Solutions provided:
Remove all blown in fiberglass insulation from attic. Sanitize attic with sterifab and fog attic. Air seal all cracks and holes with closed cell spray foam. Apply 20 inches of blown in cellulose insulation. Install markers throughout attic to indicate insulation in inches.
Batted insulation over garage is salvageable, sanitize only.
Install ridge guard along ridge vent.
Install 1 metal almond color bird guard on rear of home. Install 1 metal almond dryer vent rated bird guard on the rear of home.
Install 1 large almond color bird guard for kitchen exhaust.
