Solutions provided:
Remove all insulation and sanitize the attic area, approximately 170 ft.². Blow in all new Cellulose insulation to a depth of 14 inches, R49. Please hatch at bathroom knee wall.
Seal out at entry point above roof, using stainless steel screws and aluminum coil stock in matching color.
