Why did the customer contact us?
Customer had bats in the attic.
Solutions provided:
Install quarter inch stainless steel screen on four gable vents to prevent entry of bats.
Use clear caulk and copper cloth on the gaps between the rake board and the brick, frieze board (front and back) and the brick, and the rear left siding piece where it touches the brick.
Return and remove one way
Clean up the accessible bat guano in the right side gable and below on the attic floor. Inaccessible bat guano and the areas infected will be disinfected with Steirfab.
