Solutions provided:
Clean out bird nest and sterilize areas of rodent activity. Install 2 white box outs over left and right eaves on backside of home on 3rd floor. Install white flashing on left and right side of eaves to close gap that is allowing wildlife from entering.
Cover hole above right side of front porch where insulation is visible with a dark color sheet metals to blend in.
