Customer had wildlife in attic.
Solutions provided:
Install stainless steel screen along front and rear soffit lines to prevent entry of animals into the attic space.
Remove all of the leaves and debris from the gutters. Install Evelyn’s 5 inch white leaf solutions and secure to the lip of the existing gutters.
Install a 223 vent on the frontside of the roof and run a new insulated flex line from the bathroom fan to the new 223 vent.
Remove all of the blown in/batted insulation in the attic space. Steirfab disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install new baffles at the soffit lines, entry point, and around the hvac unit. Air seal gaps and conduit lines with spray foam for better energy efficiency. Insulate the entry point with foam board insulation and install weather stripping at the entry point. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches).
