Remove all old blown in insulation from attic. Clean up all feces and sanitize heavily due to wildlife activity. Air seal all cracks with blown in cellulose insulation. Install new baffles around attic entrance and rafters. Apply 13 inches of blown in cellulose insulation giving the customer an R- value of 49.
Secure back right corner soffit cap.
