Customer had animals in the attic .
Solutions provided:
Remove all batted and blown in insulation in the attic space. Include removal of the raccoon feces. Steirfab the entire attic space to disinfect. Air seal gaps and conduit lines for energy efficiency. Install new baffles at the soffit lines and around the entry point. Install new batted insulation on the knee wall. Replace one bathroom flex line with new flex line ran to the soffit. Blow in all new cellulose insulation to reach 14 inches (R49) to Virginia code.
Install white sheet metal on indicated soffit corners located at six different rake board corners/returns. Same sheet metal will be installed on the top parts of the corner channels of the siding to prevent squirrels from chewing on indicated areas.
Include install white sheet metal on the front of the home apex soffit corners indicated by the technician.
Install white sheet metal on all corners of the gutters to prevent squirrel and birds into the gutters.
