Customer had raccoons in the attic
Solutions provided:
Remove all blown in insulation and debris from attic. Air seal all cracks with blown in insulation. Clean up feces and sanitize heavily due to wildlife activity. Install new baffles around attic entrance and around soffit line. Apply 13 inches of blown in cellulose insulation giving the customer an R-value of 49
Install new RVG ( attic fan cover ) on roof of home to help prevent wildlife from entering attic.
Secure hanging sheet metal on front right corner of home.
Remove hanging soffit from rear of home, reinforce with screen or sheet metal. Reinstall soffit back into place.
