Solutions provided:
Remove all old blown in insulation from attic. Remove all feces and sanitize heavily do to wildlife activity. Air seal all cracks with closed cell spray foam. Install new baffles around attic entrance and soffit line. Apply 13 inches of blown in cellulose insulation giving the customer an R-value of 49
