Customer had squirrels in the attic
Solutions provided:
Install cream colored metal (sand stone beige) to match home as best as possible on left side rake board to prevent entry of animals into the attic space.
Install same colored metal (sand stone beige) on one hole in soffit line on rear right corner of the home to prevent entry of squirrels.
Remove all batted insulation, squirrel nesting, and squirrel feces in the attic space. Sterifab to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install new baffles at the soffit lines and around the entry point. Insulate the entry door with foam board insulation and is install weather stripping. Install new R19 batted fiberglass on the knee walls and around the skylight in the attic. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches) in the rest of the attic space.
