Remove lattice. Dig 2 foot down. Create footer. Install quarter inch stainless steel wildlife barrier. Pour concrete. Attach barrier to deck. Install one way door active area. Give an allowed time. Come back remove One-way door complete barrier. Reattach lattice to deck. Leave service area under deck just in case somebody has to do work under structure.
