Solutions provided:
Exclusion Service: Install reinforced Critter Guard above gutter line with white metal. Cap the ends to prevent chewing and entry through fascia board by rodents. Gable Vents: Screen left and right gable vent on side of home, screen open gable in between unfinished sunroom in top of home on rear side to prevent that from entering. The rear open gable from in completion of sunroom will be a temporary screen until sunroom is finished. Disinfect: Removal of dead bat from work board inside attic disinfect attic throughout with stare fab spray to kill any bad mites, bacteria, or parasites. Spray yellow jackets nest located in sunroom one left side at eave.
