Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Trap for target animal (squirrel) for up to five business days. Replace the rake board on the rear right side with new 1×6 and wrap with white sheet metal. Under the rake board remove the old siding that is falling and tyvek behind it. Seal properly and install cream colored sheet metal to protect the area. Temporarily remove the gutters on the front and rear of the home and install white sheet metal to protect the fascia board. Re install the gutters after work is complete. Includes the front apex (triangle). Install stainless steel screen on the front gable vent to prevent entry of animals into the attic space.
