The customer had a raccoon in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Remove all batted and blown in insulation. Fecal matter will be removed. Sterifab both attic spaces to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Air seal gaps and conduit lines for energy efficiency. Install foam board insulation on entry door and weather stripping at entry point. Install baffles at soffit lines and around entry point. Install new batted insulation on knee wall in lower attic. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches).
Install white sheet metal on 6 soffit corners indicated by the technician.
Install white sheet metal on two eaves (box out) to prevent entry of animals. Install stainless steel screen on three gable vents. Install three RVGs (roof vent guards) on three attic fans. Install new shingle on left front side of roof. Caulk exposed nails on ridge vent ends.
