The customer had bats in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Replacement fascia board on rear of home to include ceiling underneath to prevent that from entering. Replace band board on left side of home at brick under siding and seal underneath. Replace rake board on right side of home and seal underneath to prevent bats from entering. Install rubber roof boot-over vent on roof 32 foot ladder 7 ½ pitch. Install RVG over attic fan on rear roof. Screen left gable vent. Install two back when we ask it’s on the left and right side of home Eric board and gable vent. Removal of insulation from attic to include very heavily soiled bat guano throughout attic, disinfect attic with stare fab to kill any bet might, viruses, or bacteria. Blow-in R38 cellulose insulation to current standard. Roof replacement to include removal and cleanup of old shingles and debris, check all plywood underlayment for any damage and if any is found replace 4 x 8 sections. Install new 25 year three tab asphalt shingle roof to include vertical roof on front and back of home. Color to be slate grey, new roof to include flashing as needed, drip edge, roof boots, 15 pound felt paper underlayment, and rain and ice shield. Measurements based off 16 square. Any additional material needed will be added in job cost difference given to client for change order.
