Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had raccoons in the attic.
Solutions provided:
Install one roof vent guard over the attic fan.
Re install costing chimney cap over the flue on the left side of the home. Replace indicated solid soffit sections with new pressure treated wood. On section over second story deck white sheet metal will be installed after the soffit is replaced.
On front of home replace indicated sections of fascia board with new pressure treated wood. Gutters will be temporarily removed and reinstalled. One gutter is hanging and will be re installed after work is complete. Replace one return indicated by the technician on the front of the home with new pressure treated wood.
On backside of home replace indicated sections of fascia board with new pressure treated wood (rear right section and over second story deck). Gutter over deck will be re installed after work is complete. Remove damaged section of shingles on front right of home. Replace a section of plywood/sub roofing, underlayment, and three tab black shingles. (Will not fully match due to age of the roof. Install critter guard along all the gutter lines to protect the sub roofing gap and prevent entry of animals into the attic space.
Spot clean the raccoon feces in the attic space. Sterifab the entire attic space to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria.
