The customer had bats in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Replacement of one by four white rake board on left side of home that is attached to brick. After replacement seal underside to prevent bats from entering back into the attic. Install reinforced Critter Guard above gutter line with white metal. Cap the ends to prevent chewing and entry through fascia board by rodents. Seal Louvers. After one-way exit is removed permanently screen left and right side gable vents. Install one-way exit for bats and temp screen left gable vent. Disinfect personal belongings an attic with stare fab treatment, remove insulation in attic soiled with heavy droppings from bats. After bat guano and insulation is removed, disinfect entire attic to Kill bat mites, parasites, and bacteria. Install baffles on front and rear roof line inside attic and blow in R 38 cellulose insulation to current standard.
