The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Remove all gutters and downspouts. Replace with new 5 inch gutter and downspouts to match. Install new 5 inch Evelyn’s leaf solutions (almond) over new gutters and secure to gutters. Summit will secure drip edge and close gaps off while installing new leaf solutions. Old leaf guards will be removed and disposed. Ends of leaf solutions will be capped to prevent entry of squirrels. Remove all batted/blown in insulation and squirrel fecal matter. Sterifab entire attic space to treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install new baffles at soffit lines and around entry point. Air seal any crack, gap, and conduit line with spray foam for better energy efficiency. Install insulation board and weather stripping on entry point. Install new R19 (24 on center) on knee walls. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches).
