The customer had bats in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Install stainless steel screen on four louvre vents on home. Seal bottom gap on three of the louvre vents to prevent entry of bats. On louvre vent on right side of home install one bat one way. Use clear caulk along both sides of chimney to seal up gaps between siding and chimney. Use clear caulk on gap on right side between solid soffit and chimney. Install two RVG s on two attic fans. Remove bat guano and soiled insulation on right side of attic space. Sterifab to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install one new batted R38 batted to replace the soiled piece. Remove bat one way after a period of time.
