Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had bats in their chimney.
Solutions provided:
Install bat one way on indicated spot on the chimney. Seal off the gaps between the chimney with caulk. Bigger gap will be sealed with brown metal.
Use clear caulk along 2×4 solid soffit line on left side of the home to prevent entry of bats.
Install stainless steel screen on three louvre vents.
Install brown metal on three eaves on home to prevent entry of animals.
