Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had raccoons in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Install cream color critter guard behind gutter line over top of fascia board on front and rear of home and reinforce the screws to prevent raccoons from chewing through wood and entering attic. Reinforce soffit that is sagging on front of home with screws. Install RVG over attic fan on rear roof. Removal of cellulose insulation from attic to include raccoon droppings, disinfect attic to kill any fleas, bacteria, or parasites. Blow in R 38 cellulose insulation to current standard.
