Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had bats in their attic space.
Solutions provided:
Install stainless steel screen on four louvre vents to prevent entry of bats. Remove bat guano from the louvre vent on rear of home from inside the attic space. And install new mesh screening. Sterifab to disinfect. Install one roof vent guard over one attic fan to prevent entry of bats. Install a bat one way for a period of time to let the bats out of the louvre vent. Remove one way and finish exclusion. (Cleaning of the louvre vent will be done when the one way is removed).
