Solutions provided:
The townhome does not have a chimney rather a gas fireplace which has a pipe flu. Treat pip flu for bacteria and deodorize inside pipe flew from roof to include screening around Cap on flu to prevent further bird entry. Install polyurethane sealant around circular louver vent on left side of home that attaches to home to prevent birds from roosting behind it. Extract birds from left side of homes exhaust vent to include Nesting and then disinfect to kill any bird mites or lice. Install white bird guard over vent to prevent further entry.
