Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had bats in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Remove metal stack pipe and the wood burning stove on the rear of the home. Check the smaller attic space for bats. If bats are found it will be an additional charge to remove. Patch the hole, with new drywall. Install one piece of insulation where the metal stack pipe was. New drywall will have drywall mud and will be sanded. Paint will be provided by the client. Roof will be repaired with new plywood, underlayment, and shingles to match existing as best as possible.
