The customer had mice in their attic.

Solutions provided:

Using white metal install reinforced critter guard behind shingle line on front and rear of home and reinforce with screws to close gaps, seal soffit at roofline on right upper portion of roof over front porch, seal left and right corners of dormer windows of home, seal under J channels and trim channel on rear of home, seal soffit where Wires are penetrating into attic on rear of home, seal openings around plumbing for pipe and wire that is entering home at HVAC lines

Before insulation can be removed application three times for rodents inside of attic using rodenticide every two weeks prior to clean up of attic.
Removal of blown insulation from attic to include rodent droppings, snake droppings, snake skins and any live snakes found. After attic is cleaned inspect HVAC ductwork and wires for any damage from rodents, seam tape flex duck at holes found. Disinfect attic To kill any bacteria, parasites, or fleas. Blow in r38 cellulose insulation to current standard.
