Remove all insulation and fecal matter in both attic spaces. Sterifab to disinfect and treat for mites lice and bacteria. install new baffles at soffit lines. insulate entry point to send story attic space below one new cellulose insulation to r49 (14 inches) (does not include over garage area. garage area has no insulation and by code does not need to be insulated.
