The customer had mice and squirrels entering their home.
Solutions provided:
Install one way exit at time of install of critter guard at rear roof line of master bedroom. No access from attic. Seal hole on right corner rear of home at siding and under fascia board next to J channel with cream color metal. Install critter guard above fascia board around home with cream color metal at roof line. Reseat leaf guard after installed. Install a RVG over rear attic fan on roof. Screen x3 louver vents with 1/4″ stainless screen from outside. Remove insulation from main attic to include droppings, sterifab treat to kill any bacteria, mites, lice. Check all HVAC and wrap 30ft with blanket insulation and seam tape. Check wires blow in R38 cellulose insulation.
