The customer had squirrels on their roof.
Solutions provided:
Removal of insulation from attic main attic and house to include any squirrel droppings and urine stain insulation. Remove insulation from the soffits, check all wiring throughout the attic for any other damage, seam tape holes and flex duct HVAC lines. Reinstall baffles at soffit points around the perimeter of the attic, disinfecting the attic to kill any bacteria, parasites, or odor. Blow in our 38 cellulose insulation to current standard.
