The customer had bats in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Install one bat one way to indicate the gap in front of home. Remove bat one way after a period of time. Seal out along the underside of the decorative trim board on the front side of home. Will include along the bottom of the apex’s where gaps are present. Includes sealing along gaps in the atrium area over the front door. Box out one eave in front of home with white metal to prevent entry of animals. Reinstall indicated loose section of soffit on right side of home.
