The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Trap for target animal (raccoon) for up to five business days. Install stainless steel screen on one louvre vent on left side of the home. Temporarily remove the leaf guards as carefully as possible. Since it is cold they may break and will be additional to replace. Install critter guard along sub roofing gap on gutter lines to prevent entry of animals into the attic space. Leaf guards will be reinstalled as best as possible. Louvre vent on right side of home was done by another company. Summit will replace the screen with new stainless steel screen and secure properly.
