Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had birds in their bathroom vent.
Solutions provided:
One bathroom vent on the left side of the home will have a stainless steel screen installed on the inside of the vent to prevent birds from entering. Same bathroom vent will need to be cleaned from the interior of the home. Bathroom fans will be removed and all accessible nesting and baby birds will be removed. Exhaust line will be disinfected and treated for mites, lice, and bacteria. Re-install the bathroom fan as best as possible. Install stainless steel screen on two other vents indicated by technician. Install a bird proof dryer exhaust vent on the indicated dryer exhaust fan.
