Solutions provided:
Install reinforced Critter Guard above gutter line with white metal. Cap the ends to prevent chewing and entry through fascia board by rodents. Removal of soiled insulation from attic to include back guano and rodent droppings, disinfect attic to kill any bacteria, parasites, or fleas. Install baffles at soffit lines as needed and blow in r38 cellulose insulation to current standard. Reroute dryer exhaust pipe through siding on left side of home or rear side of home approximately 15 foot as it’s blowing directly into attic. Cover an air seal seven recess lights an attic.
