Solutions provided:
Trap for target animal (raccoon) for up to five business days. Because of the nature of wild animals there is no guarantee that we will trap the target animal or any other animals. Remove accessible animal waste from attic and spot treat affective areas with Sterifab to treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install a stainless steel roof vent guard over the vent on the rear roof of the home to protect against future animal entry. Seal screw heads with roof cement to prevent leaks. Install stainless steel screen on the three gable louvre vents to prevent animal entry.
