The customer had an animal under their porch.
Solutions provided:
Dig down on the left/ right of front porch and pour ready mix concrete and install barrier wall screening and attach to underside of porch to prevent skunks from re-entering, Install one-way exit at borough on right hand side of walkway at front porch for a period of up to a week which summit will return and remove when we exit and permanently seal. Seal around homes J channels with mesh to prevent mice from entering, seal at corners of brick on front center of home at freeze board to close gap and seal opening on rear right section of home at corner and soffit.
