Solutions provided:
Install ridge guard along both ridge vents on the main roof and the garage roof. Remove screen installed by another company and replace with new stainless steel screen. Caulk away gaps around the louvre vents to prevent entry of bats. Replace a section of rake board on the left side of the home with new 1×6 white composite. Use white caulk to seal any gaps. Install white sheet metal on two corners of the fascia board as possible entry points for bats. Bird guard on bathroom fan right side of home.
