Solutions provided:
Removal of insulation for me in attic to include droppings, disinfected kill any bacteria, parasites, or fleas. Deodorizer attic and blow in r38 cellulose insulation to current standard. Screen 3X to your gable vents to prevent bats and rodents from entering the attic. Install RVG over attic fan on rear roof to prevent entry into attic by wildlife. Seal with Almond color sealant at rake board over garage left center side, on left side of home at lower first run of vinyl siding install cream piece of metal behind it and caulk with clear sealant. On right center and rear right of home where soffit meets roofline box off with almond color metal, and receipt and screws soffit back in place on rear right upper roof. Replace attic fan inside the main attic with dehumidistat and hook up the electrical.
