The customer had a raccoon in their crawl space.
Solutions provided:
Animal barrier wall: Dig down around front porch area 16 inches. Install quarter inch stainless steel screen and secure bottom with cement. Secure top of screen to the bottom of the ban board. Backfill with existing dirt and bring extra mulch to help hide the screen as best as possible. Remove damaged vapor barrier and raccoon fecal matter. Sterifab entire crawlspace to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install new 10 mil white vapor and secure to the walls. Replace only the fallen insulation that was torn down by the raccoons (R19 16 on center). Replace four R6 7 inch flex lines and splice two other lines due to inaccessibility to other crawlspace.
