The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Install two white bird guards on the left side of the home and two white bird guards on the right side of home. Flex ducts remove bird nesting in the attic on the right side over son’s bedroom to include dead birds in the rear of the attic on the right side, disinfecting to kill any bird mites or bird parasites. Replace flex duct where the bird had penetrated through into the attic. Install rvg over an attic fan on a roof to keep birds from penetrating into attic.
