The customer had squirrels in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Remove old screen leaf guard around the gutter line on upper and lower roofs on the home and install 5 inch white leaf solution and reinforce to prevent squirrels from entering under the guards and chewing through fascia boards behind gutters. Seal piece of trim board on left side of lower roof gutter and hole with white metal. It will be over the front porch on the left side of the home at the corner of shingle.
