The customer had damage to their home from raccoons.
Solutions provided:
Repair damage wood on left side of right dormer window in front of home. Color samples will be taken from original wood for paint to be made to best match, repair the small section of Rotten Wood on the right side of the right dormer window and paint. Box off for dormer pockets, left and right side of both dormer windows in front of home with the color tuscan olive by trim coil from burger building products. All replaced wood will be painted per Color outlined in the contract to best match. Install stainless steelRVG on rear roof over attic fan, Blow over R38 cellulose insulation over front attic 530 ft.² and disinfect Seal soffit to roof gap between front roof and rear roof.
