The customer had birds nesting on their roof.
Solutions provided:
Circular hole in soffit under rake indicative of squirrels chewing. Birds are now actively nesting/accessing the space. Replace damaged section with new non-vented cream colored soffit. Install stainless steel screen in area where squirrels/birds can access to prevent reoccurrence. Cannot guarantee an exact match of soffit color. Clean out any nesting material once complete. Will need to inspect space for any additional damage. Sterilize any area where the nesting material will be located. Will require additional ladder set due to location of entry point.
