The customer had a raccoon in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Install white critter guard behind gutter line around homes roofline and reinforce with screws to prevent squirrels and raccoons from re-entering attic. Screen three gable vents on the home to prevent entry into attic by rodents. Trapping program on rear right corner of roof for raccoons, program will be for one business week process and not defined a number of catches.
