The customer had an animal burrow under their porch.
Solutions provided:
On front cement porch dig down 24 inches and install stainless steel screen. Secure bottom of screen with cement. Secure top of screen to cement porch with tap con or hilti nails. Some screen will be seen. Backfill with existing dirt. Install a fox one way for a period of time. Remove and finish the animal barrier.
