The customer had raccoons in their attic.
Solutions provided:
Trap for target animal (raccoon) for up to five business days. Remove section of siding indicated by technician and install sheet metal to block animals from entering the attic space. Reinstall existing siding as best as possible and re secure. One piece of additional siding will be brought to replace missing piece. (Double lap 4 inch linen). Install metal on ten eaves/dormer pockets on front side of home to prevent entry of animals into the attic space. Along gutter line remove the existing leaf guards and install a critter guard on the sub roofing gap. Will prevent animals from entering into the attic space. Re install the existing leaf guards. Install stainless steel screen on two louvre vents to prevent entry of animals into attic space. Install new metal on rake board on left side of home where metal is missing. Color to match as best as possible (bone linen).Secure metal on rear right roof line on backside of home. Remove all accessible batted fiberglass insulation, trash, and fecal matter. Sterifab entire attic space to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install new baffles at soffit lines and around entry point. Install weather stripping at entry point and insulate entry point with foam board. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches).
