Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had squirrels on their property, causing damage to their home.
Solutions provided:
Trap for target animal (squirrel) for up to five business days. Install white metal on both sides of the chimney to prevent squirrels chewing and entering attic space. Left side of the chimney is an entry point and will need additional metal to cover gapping. Install white metal on two eaves located on the right front and right rear of home. Spot clean attic space to include nesting, dead squirrel, and accessible droppings. Sterifab to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Replace damaged baffles and baffle around the entry point. Blow over existing insulation with cellulose insulation to bring levels to R49 (14 inches).
