Solutions provided:
Removal of old batted insulation that’s contaminated heavily by squirrel droppings and attic disinfect attic and garage attic with stare fab treatment for odor, bacteria, fleas, and parasites. Blow in r38 cellulose insulation to current standard. Screen for louver vents with stainless screening, seal front and back at rake board that gap is open with white metal. Seal or soffit point at chimney on left and right side of chimney on right side of home. Seal hole at soffit where squirrels are entering on rear of home with white metal.
