The customer had animals in the attic.
Solutions provided:
Remove all old batted insulation, animal droppings and old thin floor boards from attic. Sanitize heavily due to animal feces in attic air seal all cracks with closed cell spray foam. Install new baffles around attic entry point and rafters. Apply 13 inches of blown in cellulose insulation giving the customer an R-Value of 49. Screen 2 gables vents on right and left side of home. Remove fascia on front left and back left corner of home, install new 1×4 pressure treated lumber and paint white.
