Solutions provided:
Remove all insulation. Sanitize the entire attic. Using spray foam insulation seal all gaps due to plumbing, HVAC, and electrical wiring. Install baffles to keep insulation in the proper place. Weatherstrip and insulate attic hatch. Blow in all new cellulose insulation to a depth of 14 inches.
